Privacy policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Keepframe is a small, invite-only beta for family and friends. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect when you request an invite on this website, why, and what your choices are. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- Anything you choose to write in "How did you hear about Keepframe?".
- The date and time you submitted the form, and the country your connection came from (worked out from your IP address; we don't store the IP address itself).
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're a person, not a bot. Turnstile is run by Cloudflare and processes some technical information about your browser to do that check. We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
Only to manage beta invites: to decide who to invite, and to contact you about your invite and the beta. We won't send you marketing.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone. Your request is stored using Cloudflare, our website and database provider, which may process data outside Australia. We'll only disclose information if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep invite requests while the beta is running, and delete them when they're no longer needed or when you ask.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and tell us what you'd like. We'll respond within 30 days.
Questions or complaints
